Intercultural Development
Inventory Initiative

The Equity Council, with support of Dean, Dr. Dale Stephenson, brought the Intercultural Development Inventory Workshop to the College of Health and Human Services. President and CEO, John Hawkins, from Management Performance International (MPI) Consulting presented to the Extended Leadership Team and Equity Council in CHHS on October 30, 2020.

Members of the Extended Leadership Team and Equity Council were asked to complete the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) to assess where each individual aligned on the cultural competency continuum in an effort to better understand where we align as a college. In a Message from the Dean, Dr. Stephenson says this ongoing work is an effort to "continue the momentum of bringing social justice to all segments of our society."
